Route Pages in the work again

After much preparation and conversion (like resetting all of my workflow and tools back to PHP 5.2 to stick with WordPress minimum requirements) I've begun working on Route Pages plugin again. [](http://theaveragedev.local/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/2014-08-13-at-18.51.png)
While it's now just a smart plugin checking for its activation requirements I'm planning a sprint to implement first iteration requirements and create something I can call "done" that's wholly test-driven developed and working.

I've set up a GitHub repository for it and will commit future changes there.
