Close to finishing the first iteration.

Limited but working

With today’s push the first iteration of the “Front to Back” plugin is almost complete. While very limited in functions the inner workings are in place.
For a quick recap the previous post is a good starting point but missing features to close this first cycle are:

  • the_content template tag support
  • the_excxerpt template tag support
  • the_post_thumbnail template tag support
  • get_post_meta support

Next

I will work to support the postMessage transport the Theme Customizer API offers and other features I came across or will think of as development progressing next.
